Safe Minimum Cooking Temperatures Chart for Poultry
When cooking poultry, it is important to check the doneness of the meat to ensure that meat has reached a safe internal temperature.
Remember that the poultry will continue to cook after it’s removed from the heat and the internal temperature will rise about 10 degrees C. in the first few minutes it’s off the heat.
